I think it would be more helpful to list the quests by level range (when you can get them) rather than by tier name. I'm lvl 60 now, and I have no idea what the tier names where leveling up. But this would be an even more excellent guide if I could plan when to defeat a boss and thus advance to the next tier of quests, and when to stay on a tier just for more efficient use of my quest points.
